Torrance Public Library presents the 2012 Summer Reading Program "Own the Night!" Visit any Torrance Library and sign up! Read books, magazines, or graphic novels. For every 20 hours that you read you can earn and collect one prize per week. The Torrance Public Library Summer Reading Program is free for teens entering the 8th grade through high school and is generously sponsored by the Friends of the Torrance Library.
