Camp t-shirts are $7 and must be worn on field trips. Morning and afternoon care are available for an additional fee. TEEN CAMP. Think you are too cool for camp? then check out Winter Teen Camp where you will enjoy indoor crafts, games and walking field trips with other teens your age and walking field trips, Monday, December 20, 2010 to Thursday, December 23, 2010 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Fees for Winter Teen Camp are $116 for residents and $136 for non-residents. The City of Torrance will participate in the Annual Holiday Light Exchange sponsored by the South Bay Environmental Services Center. Starting at 9 a.m., residents may come to the West Annex of City Hall to exchange two strands of old electricity-guzzling holiday lights for new, energy-efficient LED lights. Due to limited quantities, residents may exchange up to two strands of lights. Exchange will occur until supplies are exhausted. This program is funded by California utility customers and administered by Southern California Edison under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission. Terms and conditions apply.

Some weeks there will also be potting or other activities added. Topics (insects, animals or plants) emphasize respect for all living things and prepare children to be good stewards of the planet. 20 kids maximum. Thanks to generous donations from American Honda Corporation and the Torrance Marriott Hotel, it is time for the 20th Annual "Sharing is Caring" Luncheon with the Torrance Corps of the Salvation Army. This Christmas meal is extended to families, seniors, veterans and other individuals in need within the community. 1,000-1,200 are expected to attend! Pre-registration required.
