Join us as the Librarian presents stories, songs and activities. Toddlertime is designed for children eighteen months to three years old, participating with a parent or caregiver. This program is free and no registration is required, however space is limited so please arrive on time. The City of Torrance invites you to a networking reception at the Torrance Art Museum. All Torrance residents who care about and work in the arts and culture are invited to spend some time together. Tours of the Cultural Arts Center will be provided and the museum galleries will be open.
