If you like your jazz and blues with a taste of Billie Holiday, Ernestine Anderson, and Shirley Horn, then you won’t want to miss this performance. Referred to by Downbeat Magazine as “a young Billie Holiday, Frances has emerged as a performer with her own unique singing style.” With her voice and an ability to please audiences and make a lasting impression, Frances has toured internationally and has worked with some of the jazz greats.
