Each year since the inaugural event in 2001, MWCon has grown from a simple meeting of local www.Macrossworld.com message board members (fans of the Japanese amime series, “Macross”) to becoming one of the largest gatherings of American Macross fans. Convention attendees can win door prizes, view custom toy & model displays, participate in cosplay contests, visit vendors, and see the concert by Mari Iijima, original voice of Lynn Minmay.
