Torrance youth, don’t spend summer at home! Come to Summer Camp and enjoy fun filled days participating in indoor crafts, outdoor games, walking field trips and an excursion every week. Torrance Summer Camps will be in session Monday, June 27, 2016 – Friday, September 2, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Fees range from $130 to $155 per week. Summer Day Camps will be held at Greenwood Park, La Romeria Park and Wilson Park. Teen Camp will be held at Greenwood Park. Morning Care and Extended Care will be available at all camps for an additional fee. The City of Torrance Community Services Department invites the public to stop in for fun at the parks this summer. Recreation staff will be leading and supervising activities and crafts at no cost. Young children should be accompanied by an adult as this is a drop-in program where children can come and go as they please.
