Our first publication is the Torrance eNEWSLETTER. This is a weekly publication of the City of Torrance. The purpose is to highlight activities and events that are happening each week in Cultural, Parks, Recreation, and Libraries. A new eNEWSLETTER will be published each Thursday at 4:00 p.m.
