TPD Police Community Centers

The following non-emergency police services are available at the PCCs:

Additional community services include:

  • Public Information Center (PIC)
  • Police representative to provide general information
  • Conference center for community groups (North PCC only)
  • City-wide technological services

Downtown PCC

The Downtown Torrance Police Community Center, located at 1215 El Prado Avenue in historic downtown Torrance, was opened on November 12, 1994.  The facility is staffed Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and offers the community access to specialized services such as the Community Lead Officers, Torrance Police Chaplain Corps, and referrals for a variety of services.

North PCC (McMaster Park)

The North Torrance Police Community Center, located at its new address at 3624 Artesia Blvd., was first opened on June 5, 1997.  It is open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The Center serves as a field police officer "satellite station" and offers many services to the community.  Public fingerprinting service is at this location.
