National Night Out (NNO) is a nationwide campaign to stop crime in neighborhoods. NNO will be celebrating its 30 year on August 6th, 2013! Along with the traditional display of outdoor lights and front porch vigils, neighborhoods celebrate NNO with a variety of different activities, including block parties, cookouts and visits from the Torrance Police Department. The Torrance Police Department Community Affairs Division and the Torrance Community Services Department are presenting a free, "Seniors Don't be Scammed", (Tuesday, August,6, 2013, 10AM-12Noon).
