NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE CITY OF TORRANCE PLANNING COMMISSION AT 7:00 P.M., OCTOBER 15, 2014 IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL, 3031 TORRANCE BOULEVARD, TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA, ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:
DIV14-00006: Petition of CHANDLER RANCH PROPERTIES, LLC/BRI, LLC for approval of Tentative Parcel Map 72793 to consolidate multiple parcels into one, on properties located within the Hillside Overlay in the R1-PP/R-3 Zone at 2550 Pacific Coast Highway. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15301 - Existing Facilities, and 15304 - Minor Alterations to Land.
PCR14-00002: Petition of JAN TROBAUGH (MARIYA DUNYAK) for approval of a Planning Commission Review to allow two units to exceed a 0.50 FAR on property located within the Small Lot, Low-Medium Overlay District in the R-2 Zone at 1747 Andreo Avenue. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15303 - New Construction.
PRE14-00003: Petition of JOHN J YANKOSKY (SEN FU HUANG) for approval of a Precise Plan of Development to allow first and second story additions to an existing two-story single family residence on property located within the Hillside Overlay District in the R-1 Zone at 5356 Doris Way. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15301 - Existing Facilities.
CUP14-00015 (EAS14-00003): Petition of PUBLIC STORAGE, INC for adoption of a Negative Declaration and approval of a Conditional Use Permit to demolish the front section of an existing storage building and construction of a new four-story self storage building on property located in the ML(M1-PP) Zone at 4460 Del Amo Boulevard.
If you challenge any of the above matters in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Department or the office of the City Clerk, prior to the public hearing and further, by the terms of Resolution No. 88-19, you may be limited to ninety (90) days in which to commence such legal action pursuant to Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
