NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE CITY OF TORRANCE PLANNING COMMISSION AT 7:00 P.M., APRIL 1, 2015 IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL, 3031 TORRANCE BOULEVARD, TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA, ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:

CUP15-00003: Petition of SRI PANCHAMUKHA HANUMAN TEMPLE (TORRANCE BUSINESS CENTER) for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a religious facility at an existing light industrial business park on property located in the M1-PP Zone at 3555 Lomita Boulevard, Unit #A. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15301 - Existing Facilities.

CUP15-00004: Petition of STRAND BREWING CO. (TM PROPERTIES) for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a taproom, food vendor service, and private events, in conjunction with a brewing operation, and to allow shared use parking during taproom hours, on property located in the M-2 Zone at 2201 Dominguez Street. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15301 - Existing Facilities.

CUP14-00023, DIV14-00010: Petition of DALE MALCOLM (TPC GARNIER, LLC) for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction and operation of a two-story medical office building (approximately 37,000 square feet), in conjunction with a Division of Lot to consolidate five parcels into one, on property located in the M-2 Zone at 24000 Garnier Street. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15332 - In-fill Development, and Section 15315 - Minor Land Divisions.

If you challenge any of the above matters in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Department or the office of the City Clerk, prior to the public hearing and further, by the terms of Resolution No. 88-19, you may be limited to ninety (90) days in which to commence such legal action pursuant to Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
