NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE CITY OF TORRANCE PLANNING COMMISSION AT 7:00 P.M., MAY 6, 2015 IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL, 3031 TORRANCE BOULEVARD, TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA, ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:

CUP13-00031, DIV13-00010 (EAS13-00003): Petition of RGA OFFICE OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN (CRENSHAW DEL AMO PARTNERS II) for adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration and approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of two light industrial buildings in conjunction with a Division of Lot to subdivide one parcel into two on property located in the M-2 Zone at the northwest corner of Crenshaw Boulevard and 208th Street.

MOD14-00013: Petition of SOUTH BAY LEXUS (CITY OF TORRANCE) for approval of a Modification of a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (CUP05-00041) to allow the operation of an automobile dealership in conjunction with the existing automobile service center, and to allow renovations and expansions to the existing building and site, on property located in the M-2 Zone at 24777 Crenshaw Boulevard. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15301 - Existing Facilities.

PRE15-00004: Petition of BIZHAN KHALEELI (MOHAMAD CHAHINE) for approval of a Precise Plan of Development to allow the construction of a new two-story single family residence on property located within the Hillside Overlay District in the R-1 Zone at 5505 Riviera Way. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Sections 15303 - New Construction.

If you challenge any of the above matters in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Department or the office of the City Clerk, prior to the public hearing and further, by the terms of Resolutio
n No. 88-19, you may be limited to ninety (90) days in which to commence such legal action pursuant to Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
