- New York Steak
- kosher salt & black pepper
- 4 sheets of nori
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
Mix kosher salt & black pepper, nori, sesame seeds & crushed red pepper & put in blender or food processor dry. After a few minutes of pulsing and processing, the nori should be cut into tiny pieces, almost looks like a dry seasoning. Dredge the steak with this mixture. Pan fry the steak for only 7-10 minutes so that the outside of the steak is cooked and inside of steak is medium to rare. Slice steak and place on platter.
- ¼ cup Low Sodium Soy
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp aji-mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Mix the wet ingredients above and spoon over the steak as the sauce.
