Kahlua Pork
Ingredients:
3 LBS Pork butt or country pork spareribs
1-2 tsp Liquid smoke
1-2 TBL Garlic powder
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tsp rock salt
1 head cabbage
Method:
Place pork in crock pot, coated with above ingredients. Add ½ cup water. Put crock pot on low for 8-10 hours. Chop cabbage and place in large pan. Stir fry with 1 TBL oil and ½ cup of the juice from the cooked Kahlua Pork.
Shred pork and serve with cabbage and steamed rice.
