Ham Balls
Ingredients:
1 Lb Ham
1½ Lb Pork
2 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs, Beaten
1 Cup Milk
Sauce:
1½ Cups Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Dry Mustard
½ Cup Water
½ Cup Vinegar
Have your butcher grind and mix the ham and the pork. Combine meat, bread, eggs and milk. Shape into balls about the size of an egg.
Combine sauce ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Pour over ham balls and bake 2 hours in a 325 degree oven. Turn once and keep basting. Makes about 18 balls.
