Cuban Style Lemon Garlic Pork
Pork Loin or Pork Chops (size optional)
Sauce:
1 Lemon
1 Lime
1 Orange
(5-6 cloves) Garlic
Pinch of Garlic Salt
Pinch of Cumin
Pinch of Paprika
Pinch of Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Blend sauce ingredients. Stab pork loin with knife for flavors to soak through. Marinate pork loin in sauce turning over frequently before storing overnight in refrigerator.
Heat cooking oil & brown pork loin. When brown, pour marinate over pork loin, cover pan, lower heat and cook until pork is tender (1 ½ - 2 hours)
