Buffalo New York Strip Loin Steak in Sweet Soy Sauce & Lemon

Ingredients:
1 lb "Linder" Bison NY Strip Loin Steak, Sliced thinly
1 to 2 tbs. olive oil or regular vegetable oil
1 small white onion, wedged
1 small purple onion, wedged
3 carrots, cut in strip of ¼ in.
½ lb green beans
1 large or 2 medium tomatoes, wedged
½ lb potatoes (cut into the size of French fries)
½ cup vegetable oil for frying potatoes
4 leaves of lettuce for garnish.
Sauce
2/3 cup Indonesian sweet soy sauce
2 tbs lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp white pepper
dash ground nutmeg
1 lb flour mix in ¼ cup of water for thickening the sauce

Preparation:
Garnish a big platter with lettuce leaves.
Boil water, cook carrots and green beans for a few minutes. Do not overcook.
Fry the potatoes in regular vegetable oil. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbs olive oil in frying pan. Brown the steak on both sides for about one to two minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK BUFFALO MEAT. Set aside.
Cook both the white and purple onions until limp. Add tomatoes and the sauce. Cook until the sauce starts to boil. Add the flour and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
Add the cooked carrots, green beans, French friends and the steak. Mix well for 2 minutes. Turn off the stove.
Pour the steak/ vegetable mixture onto a garnished platter.
