Garden Pizza

Ingredients:
1 Ready Made Pizza Crust
1 Pkg Firm Tofu, Cubed
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
¼ Cup Each Chopped Red, Green, Yellow Peppers, Broccoli, And Zucchini
2-3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1-2 Cups Pizza Or Pasta Sauce


Cover tofu thoroughly with bread crumbs. Saute breaded tofu in heated oil until it browns. Add the vegetables and garlic. Cook mixture until the vegetables are tender. Add sauce. Cook until sauce has blended with the tofu/vegetable mixture. Spoon onto pizza crust. Put the pizza in the oven at 400 degrees for approximately 5 minutes to brown the crust.
