Ingredients:

  • 2 lb chow mein noodles
  • salt
  • oil
  • ¼ lb chicken, sliced
  • ¼ lb shrimp, cleaned and deveined
  • 6 oz. Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ¾ cup onions, sliced
  • 1 14 oz can chicken broth
  • 1 Tbl cornstarch
  • ½ cup water
