Chili Ingredients:
- 5 Yellow Chilies, Chopped
- 2 Cucumbers, Diced
- 3 Tomatoes, Diced
- 6 Green Onions, Sliced
- 1 Avocado, Diced
- Juice Of ½ A Lemon
- Lemon Pepper
- Seasonings To Taste
Instructions:
- Combine chilies and cucumbers.
- Season with lemon juice, lemon pepper and other seasonings.
- Add tomatoes, onions and avocado.
- Chill for several hours to allow flavors to mix.
Note: For a milder chili be sure to remove the chili seeds. For a spicier version, leave the seeds in.
