Chili

Ingredients:

  • 5 Yellow Chilies, Chopped
  • 2 Cucumbers, Diced
  • 3 Tomatoes, Diced
  • 6 Green Onions, Sliced
  • 1 Avocado, Diced
  • Juice Of ½ A Lemon
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Seasonings To Taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine chilies and cucumbers.
  2. Season with lemon juice, lemon pepper and other seasonings.
  3. Add tomatoes, onions and avocado.
  4. Chill for several hours to allow flavors to mix.

Note: For a milder chili be sure to remove the chili seeds. For a spicier version, leave the seeds in.
