Tropical Fruit Salsa W/Jalapeno And Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
¾ cups ½-inch pieces peeled papaya
¾ cups ½-inch pieces peeled pineapple
½ medium-size red onion, diced
2½ TBS fresh lime juice
2 TBS jalapeno jelly* or 1 TBS sugar
2 TBS vegetable oil
1 medium jalapeno chili, seeded and minced
1 TBS fresh cilantro, minced


Combine all ingredients in large bowl. (Salsa can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)

*Available at specialty food stores.

Makes about 4 cups
