Indonesian Peanut Sauce
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp Or More Peanut Butter
4 Tsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar, Or To Taste
1 Tsp Hot Chili Sauce
Water Or Chicken Stock To Thin
Sesame Oil To Taste
Combine all ingredients. Thin sauce as needed. Consistency should just coat the back of a spoon. Do not cook. Serve at room temperature.
Cook about 1 pound of pasta for this recipe, for 6-8 side servings or 4 main servings.
This sauce may be served with any type of pasta as a side dish. You may also add cooked chicken, fish, or vegetables and serve the pasta as a main dish. This is delicious served hot, warm or even cold.
