Dipping Sauces for Paper Wrapped Chicken
Sweet & Sour Sauce:
4 Fluid Oz White Rice Vinegar
¼ Tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Sugar
4 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Dessert Spoon Dark Soy Sauce
1 Scant Tsp Corn Starch
1 Scant Tsp Water
Combine in a pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Makes 6 ounces.
Honey Mustard Dressing:
6 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
½ Tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight lid. Shake well. Store in refrigerator.
