Ancho Chile Sauce
Ingredients:
4 oz Non-Fat Cream Cheese
½ Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Flour
1 Cup Chicken Stock
½ Tsp Each Thyme & Oregano
1-2 Tsp Ancho Chile Powder
In a sauce pan combine cream cheese, garlic and flour. Cook on medium heat until cream cheese starts to melt. Add chicken stock and spices. Bring to a boil. (*NOTE: make sure flour is dissolved before mixture gets too hot and causes flour to lump) simmer until mixture has a good sauce consistency.
