Iced Avocado Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 10¾oz Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 8 Oz Plain Yogurt
  • 1 7½oz Can Clams, Minced And Drained
  • 8 Oz Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg
  • Parsley For Garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Refrigerate. Serve well chilled. Garnish with parsley. Yields 6-8 servings.
