Iced Avocado Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 Avocado
- 1 10¾oz Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/3 Cup Milk
- 8 Oz Plain Yogurt
- 1 7½oz Can Clams, Minced And Drained
- 8 Oz Whipping Cream
- 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
- ½ Tsp Salt
- ¼ Tsp Pepper
- 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg
- Parsley For Garnish
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender. Refrigerate. Serve well chilled. Garnish with parsley. Yields 6-8 servings.
