Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients:
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 ½ cups brown sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
¼ cup water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
½ cup chopped walnuts
Prepare:
preheat oven to 350. in a medium sized bowl, combine sugar, pumkin, oil, eggs and water. in a separate bowl, combine flour, soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnomon, and ginger. stir into pumkin. mixture. stir in nuts and pour into greased 8x8482 inch loaf pan. bake 55-60 minutes. makes one loaf.
