Gourmet Cooking For Your Dog

"Rusty's Favorite Meal"
3-4 lbs Turkey Thighs or Turkey Breast, bone in
2 Cups Mixed Vegetables:  Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower
1 Large Yam or Sweet Potato
2 hard boiled eggs
1 Apple, sweet or sour
1-2 TBL Thyme divided
1-2 TBL Rosemary divided
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Minced, (optional) divided
1 Cup Organic Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup Brown Basmati Rice
2 TBL Apple Cedar Vinegar
Bake Turkey & Yams @ 350 1 hour plus w/ 1 TLB herbs and garlic
Steam cut veggies and rice, w/ remaining herbs and garlic (or use a crock pot)
Remove Turkey from Bones
Combine all ingredients in Food Processor
Put in freezable containers and keep 1 container to have for next 2 to 3 days use.  As you use up a container, bring in another from the freezer.
Please don't do what I did, and over feed your dog.  (Oops)

Yogurt Banana Pops!

32 oz Vanilla Yogurt or Plain Yogurt
1 Banana mashed or 1 15oz Organic Pumpkin Puree
2 TBL Peanut Butter
2 TBL Honey

Mash together and put in an Ice Cube Tray!  A great treat that's good for their tummies and tastes great! You can zap it in the microwave too if you like, before serving.
