Single serving

10 peeled and cleaned Tiger Shrimp, dusted with flour
3 oz white rice
3 oz fresh mango salsa (mango, red onions, cilantro, salt & pepper)
1 large flour tortilla
2 oz clarified butter
1 oz white wine
1 oz lemon juice
1 mashed garlic head
pinch salt

Melt butter in saute pan over medium heat.  Add garlic, salt, white wine and lemon juice.
Add shrimp and toss lightly until golden brown.  Add White rice and toss in salsa.
Pour ingredients into center of flour tortilla and wrap into burrito.

Serve with black beans and Caesar Salad.
