PASILLA DINNER PLATE

1 butterflied Chicken breast, marinated to taste
1 Roasted Chile Pasilla stuffed with Jack Cheese
2 oz Jack Cheese
2 corn tortillas
3 oz Salsa Mango (Mango, red onions, cilantro, salt & pepper)
Charbroil Chicken Breast till cooked on both sides
Charbroil Chile Pepper till Jack Cheese is melted
Place tortillas on cuttin board, top with chicken breast.
Place Pasilla on top of chicken.
Cut all these together into bite size pieces and transfer to plate.
Top with Salsa Mango.
Serve with Balck beans and Ceasar salad.
