MANGO LASSI (YOGHURT DRINK)

1 cup plain yoghurt (homemade tastes best)
1 ripe mango (peeled and use meat only)
Substitute with berries (frozen or fresh)
Sweetener (optional). Works well w/ Agave Nectar
Blend them all together w/ a hand blender and serve with meal. Enjoy!
