Rigatoni Pasta
Cauliflower
Capers
Garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese
Bread Crumbs

Garnish with Parsley

Instructions:
Coat your pan with extra virgin olive oil. Chop cauliflower, mince garlic and sauté together. Then add capers and bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Boil rigatoni pasta and when ready to eat, add pasta to the pan & mix with all the ingredients.  Add chopped up parsley for garnish. Ready to serve & eat.

Fettuccine Pasta
Porcini Mushrooms
Pancetta
Cream
Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:
Coat your pan w/ extra virgin olive oil. Chop pancetta  & chop porcini mushrooms. Sauté them together and add cream. Boil fettucine pasta and when ready to eat, add pasta to the pan, add parmesan cheese and ready to serve & eat.

Linguine Pasta
Arugula
Chile Flakes
Diced Tomato
Olive Oil
Garlic
Jack Cheese

Instructions:
Coat your pan with extra virgin olive oil. Chop up tomatoes, discard all the seeds from the tomatoes.  Boil Linguine pasta. Saute chopped garlic & chopped tomatoes, add arugula and when pasta is ready, add pasta to the pan, add chili flakers, olive oil and jack cheese to top it off. Ready to serve & eat.
