Ahi Marinade
6 oz Olive Oil
5 Whole garlic cloves
3 oz chile powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Mix in blender till smooth
Brush on ahi fillets and charbroil

Charbroiled Steak
Filet Flank steak or Flap Meat slice thin
Marinate over night in water, salt, pepper, lime juice

Charbroiled Chicken
Filet Chicken breast slice thin
Marinate over night in olive oil, chile powder, salt and pepper

Red Bell Pepper Sour Cream
6 oz. Sour cream or Yogurt (plain)
2 Bell Pepper Roasted on flame
2 whole cloves Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp White Pepper
3 oz Balsamic Viniagrette

Blend and Serve

Fresh Guacamole
6 Haas Avocados
1 tsp salt
1 tap cuminos
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Limes juiced

Mash avocado into puree
Add spices and mix well
Top with lime juice to preserve color
Add tomatoes, onions, jalapenos or cilantro if desired
