BAKED PINK LADY APPLES

2 Pink Lady Apples
½ Cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons of butter
Brandy ( ½ cup)
2 tablespoons of raisins

Wash and dry 2 Pink Lady Apples.
Scoop out the core and seeds.
Fill each apple with brown sugar, raisins and butter.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Pour Brandy in the bottom of  the baking dish, place both apples in the baking dish and cover lightly with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes covered, remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
