1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
pinch of celery salt
2 tablespoons of chopped capers
1/8 teaspoon of tarragon

Wash and dry all lettuces.
Wash and dry grape tomatoes.
Wash, dry and slice ½ cucumber.

Combine ingredients in a jar and shake.
Dress salad.
