6 Thin slices of Japanese Yellowtail (Hamachi)
1 tsp Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Yuzu concentrate
6pcs Pink Peppercorn
6 Thin slices of Serrano Pepper or Jalapeno Pepper
Thinly cut the 6 slices of Yellowtail Sashimi and place neatly on white long plate. Lightly salt each fish, followed by a thin slice of Serrano and pink peppercorn on top of each fish. Thinly spread olive oil, followed by yuzu concentrate. Serve immediately for two.
