Grilled Salmon and Homemade Vinaigrette

Salmon - Pan fry salmon steak. Season with salt & pepper.

Great to pair up with fresh salad & homemade dressing.

Harissa Vinaigrette

1 1/2 cup of orange juice
1 tbsp grain mustard
1-2 tbsp honey
harissa chile
1/4 cup champagne vinegar
1 cup oil

Heat orange juice, mustard and honey slightly over high heat. Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk oil in & add harissa chile to taste.

Hazelnut Vinaigrette

1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 bottle hazelnut oil
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp diced shallots

Add dressings to your favorite mix of greens.
