Farmers' Market Veggie Wrap
Makes 2 adult size wraps and 1 serving for toddler
2 1/4 cups Farmers Market Stir Fry
1 ¼ cups cooked brown rice
1 ¼ cup cooked black beans
2 large, whole wheat Lavash style wraps or tortillas
1 medium, ripe avocado (pealed and sliced)
cheese (optional)
salsa
. Heat Farmers Market Stir Fry in a pan or the microwave.
. Heat the brown rice and black beans (separately or together).
. Lay out your Lavash or tortilla and layer 1 cup of stir fry topped with ½ cup rice, and ½ cup black beans, and 1/3 of a sliced, ripe avocado (and optional cheese if you desire).
. Fold in the top, bottom and sides, and serve with salsa.
