Farmers' Market Pasta Toss

Makes 2 adult  servings and one for toddler


1 ½ cups Farmers Market Stir Fry
1 ½ cups cooked, whole grain pasta
2 tablespoons sun dried tomato, finely sliced
¼ cup toasted pine nuts
¼ cup crumbled goat cheese

. Heat a medium frying pan over medium heat. 

. Spray with nonstick cooking spray and add Farmers Market Stir Fry and pasta just to heat through.  Remove ½ cup for toddler's serving and set aside.

. Plate the warm pasta mixture and top with sun dried tomato, pine nuts and goat cheese.
