 To Register On-Line
You MUST establish an account before you can register on-line. Torrance Residents MUST provide current proof of residency PRIOR to requesting an account. You may bring your proof to our office, or you may fax it to us at 310-781-7598. Please see Registration Guidelines for eligibility.
Once your account has been set up, you can begin registering for classes beginning at 8:00am on the date specified on the Class Registration Information page. For detailed help with the on-line registration procedure, please see our Step by Step Guidelines to On-line Registration.
Request an account
Click on New Account Request and complete the application. You will receive account approval, an ID number and your log-in name via e-mail from enroll@TorranceCA.Gov in 1 to 3 business days. After you receive confirmation that your account has been set up, you can begin registering for classes on the dates and times specified on the Class Registration Information page.
Note: The account request must be from the adult who will be paying for classes and you MUST include your date of birth and a home telephone number. Approvals will be processed between 8:00am and 5:00pm each business day.
TO VIEW CLASSES AND REGISTER
Click on "Class Schedule" to view the current session. There you can view the activity guide to select your activities. For detailed help with the on-line registration procedure, please go to Step by Step Guidelines to On-line Registration.
Patrons with CREDIT ON ACCOUNT- Please be sure the credit on account is under the user's account and not another family member. The program will automatically deduct your credit and will only ask for your credit card information if a balance is due.
Note: The City of Torrance the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
On-Line Registration Exclusions
You can register for programs and classes on-line with the followingexcept:
- Advanced Polynesian Dance (requires instructor approval)
- After School Clubs
- Boutiques
- Breakfast and a Visit with the Bunny
- Breakfast and a Visit with Santa
- Clay Vouchers
- Turkey Trot (you may register on-line at www.active.com - a small convenience fee will be charged)
REFUNDS, CREDITS AND TRANSFERS
If you wish to transfer from one activity to another, or request a refund or credit for a class, please call the Registration Office during normal business hours at (310) 618-2720. These functions can not be done through the internet or e-mail.
PROBLEMS WITH ON-LINE REGISTRATION
