NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE CITY OF TORRANCE PLANNING COMMISSION AT 7:00 P.M., OCTOBER 7, 2015 IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL, 3031 TORRANCE BOULEVARD, TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA, ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:
CUP13-00031, DIV13-00010 (EAS13-00003): Petition of RGA OFFICE OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN (CRENSHAW DEL AMO PARTNERS II) for adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration and approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of two light industrial buildings in conjunction with a Division of Lot to subdivide one parcel into two on property located in the M-2 Zone at the northwest corner of Crenshaw Boulevard and 208th Street.
PRE15-00016: Petition of WILL BASILIO (TONY PUMA) for approval of a Precise Plan of Development to allow first and second story additions to an existing two-story single family residence on property located within the Hillside Overlay District in the R-1 Zone at 833 Calle Miramar. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15301 - Existing Facilities.
MOD15-00010: Petition of CONTINENTAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION for approval of a Modification of a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (CUP80-26) to allow the integration of parking for properties located within the HMD Zone at 3640 Lomita Blvd. and Skypark Project Area at 23326-23530 Hawthorne Boulevard, 23441-23451 Madison Street and 3701 Skypark Drive. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15301 - Existing Facilities.
If you challenge any of the above matters in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Department or the office of the City Clerk, prior to the public hearing and further, by the terms of Resolution No. 88-19, you may be limited to ninety (90) days in which to commence such legal action pursuant to Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
