NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE CITY OF TORRANCE PLANNING COMMISSION AT 7:00 P.M., JUNE 15, 2016 IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL, 3031 TORRANCE BOULEVARD, TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA, ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:
PRE15-00009: Petition of TOMARO DESIGN GROUP (ROBERTO DIGNOVA) for approval of a Precise Plan of Development to allow the construction of a new two-story single family residence on property located within the Hillside Overlay District in the R-1 Zone at 202 Via Anita. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Sections 15303 - New Construction.
MOD15-00012 (EAS16-00002): Petition of DAVID KELLY (TORRANCE MINI PARTNERS) for adoption of a Negative Declaration and for approval of a Modification of a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (CUP96-0002) and Precise Plan of Development (PRE96-0003) to allow the addition of two- two-story storage buildings on property located in the M1-PP Zone at 23711 Crenshaw Boulevard. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Sections 15301 - Existing Facilities.
PRE16-00008, WAV16-00007: Petition of SHAWN QUESTA (JOHN BENGERNO) for approval of a Precise Plan of Development to allow additions and renovations to an existing two-story single family residence, including the demolition of the existing garage and basement, in conjunction with a Waiver of the maximum building height and side yard setback requirements, on property located within the Hillside Overlay District in the R-1 Zone at 330 Via Colusa. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Sections 15301 - Existing Facilities and 15305 - Minor Alterations.
If you challenge any of the above matters in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Department or the office of the City Clerk, prior to the public hearing and further, by the terms of Resolution No. 88-19, you may be limited to ninety (90) days in which to commence such legal action pursuant to Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
