NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE CITY OF TORRANCE PLANNING COMMISSION AT 7:00 P.M., MAY 1, 2013, IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL, 3031 TORRANCE BOULEVARD, TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA, ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:
PCR13-00001: Petition of BENJAMIN ARCHER for approval of a Planning Commission Review to allow a two-unit project to exceed a 0.50 Floor Area Ratio on property located within the Small Lot, Low-Medium Overlay in the R-2 Zone at 2031 Andreo Avenue.
WAV13-00004: Petition of NICHOLAS NED LEONE for approval of a Waiver to allow an as-built over-height block wall on property located in the R-1 Zone at 22603 Hickory Avenue.
CUP13-00007: Petition of ANGEL BINS (SIMON PROPERTY GROUP) for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the installation and operation of donation bins on properties located in the H-DA1 Zone at 3520 and 3525 Carson Street, 21741 Del Amo Circle East, and 3635 Fashion Way.
If you challenge any of the above matters in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Department or the office of the City Clerk, prior to the public hearing and further, by the terms of Resolution No. 88-19, you may be limited to ninety (90) days in which to commence such legal action pursuant to Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
