The Redevelopment Project Area "Development Standards" and "Plans" are available for your review at the public counter of the Redevelopment Division office located at 3031 Torrance Boulevard, Torrance, CA  90503.  We are located in the East Wing, 2nd floor.

Copies of the Development Standards and Plans are also available at no cost to anyone interested in our Redevelopment Project Areas, copies are limited.
