City Manager The City Manager is responsible for the management of all municipal activities, which include strategic planning and advice to the City Council on financial and capital improvement needs and other municipal matters.  The City Manager's Office manages city properties and capital improvement projects and is the focal point for economic development and community relations.  Responsibilities of the City Manager's Office include:
