Strengthening the City of Torrance as a unique center of culture, the arts and arts education, within the context of the City Strategic Plan, by:

Developing the Torrance Cultural Arts Center as a unified campus for learning, excellence and collaboration. 

Providing classes, programs, and events that enrich the citizens of the community through such means as arts training and instruction for all levels of learning .

Offering the community at large a variety of affordable, high quality rental facilities for artistic, social, and business functions.

Enhancing the educational and programmatic experience through marketing, fund development, collaboration and maximizing usage of Cultural Arts Center facilities.

Creating new arts experiences and attracting new audiences.

Serving the unique needs of artists, connecting their work to the public and developing the unique artistic resources of this community.
