- You will need a working email address and password to create your account.
- After filling in your personal information, you will receive a confirmation email with authorization to access your account.
- Click on the link in the email which will take you back to the log-in page.
- Log-in again and you will be directed back to the application of the position you are applying for.
- Remember to click on "save" as you are filling out your application to ensure that no information is lost.
- When you have completed the application, click on the submission link however once you have done this you will not be able to update the application further.
- We suggest printing your application and the job announcement for future reference.
- Once you have submitted your application, you may go back into your account to confirm submission to the H.R. Department (at that time you should only be able to print the application).
- The first application you create will be saved and can be copied, edited and used for when you apply for subsequent positions.
Applying for a Position:
* The City accepts job applications for currently open recruitments.
* Be sure to submit your application by the final filing deadline.
* Your application is the primary tool used to evaluate your job qualifications. Therefore, it should show all the relevant education and experience you possess.
* An incomplete application will disqualify you. You may attach a resume however this is not always mandatory and may not be used in lieu of completing the application.

The job announcement gives you information on the duties, minimum requirements, and application and selection process for that position. It also informs you if a resume or supplemental application is required. You can access the job announcement by clicking on the job title.
