The Torrance Rose Float Association is an all-Torrance group of energetic volunteers who work hand-in-hand all year with the City and community to sponsor the entry of a City of Torrance float in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade on January 1 of each year. Any Torrance resident 13 years of age or older may participate in the decorating of the float. Board meetings are held every month except for August.
