**Please Note:  The Community Services Commission has consolidated with the Parks & Recreation Commission, per Ordinance 3687, adopted and passed on November 21, 2006.  Sections 13.2.1, 13.2.2, 13.2.7 reflect changes as to the number of members. There will be no new appointments to the new 11 member body until, as a result of expired terms or unscheduled vacancies, the commission has six or less remaining members.

The Commission advises and makes recommendations to the Council on matters pertinent to a public park and recreation program, including acquisition of land, equipment, and facilities, and improvements in operations and administration.
