A good city treasurer will not lose money. An excellent city treasurer will help maximize city funding.
I offer investment knowledge, financial experience and government leadership to serve the residents, taxpayers and voters of Torrance.
My Qualifications:

- Certified Public Finance Administrator by the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada
- Certified Government Financial Manager by the Association of Government Accountants
- Member, Government Finance Officers Association
- Member, California Society of Municipal Finance Officers
My Financial Experience:
- 26 years accounting experience
- 12 years controller-level and above
- 6 years chief financial officer of Beach Cities Health District, a government agency serving the citizens of Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach
My Government Leadership Track Record:
- Demonstrated transparency and accountability to taxpayers
- Only California health district CFO to submit budgets and annual reports to California Society of Municipal Finance Officers for peer review
- Initiated posting of budgets and audits on website
