John Fellows has served as Torrance City Attorney since February 1993.  Mr. Fellows was admitted to the California State Bar in 1981.  Before coming to Torrance, Mr. Fellows was a partner in an Orange County law firm where he practiced municipal law and served as the City Attorney for the City of Irvine, California.  Prior to that Mr. Fellows was a law clerk to the Honorable Dorothy Wright Nelson of the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
