Community Development The Community Development Director is responsible for the management of all City building and planning activities including building permits, environmental, redevelopment, engineering permits and records, GIS, mapping and survey information, and housing activities.  Responsibilities of the Community Development Department include:

Engineering Records Environmental Housing Programs (including Section 8) Redevelopment Survey Information Traffic Engineering Transportation Planning
